OFC            ABOUT FENCING            CALENDARS            MORE FENCING. . .

Aloha & Welcome to O.F.C.

Oahu Fencing Center (OFC), a non-profit organization and one of Honolulu's hot spot for fencing, opened in 2004. Since then, OFC continues to provide open fencing sessions and beginning lessons in all three weapons (Foil, Epee and Sabre) at Palama Settlement. Under the guidance of Coach Michael Aiau, former Olympic Armorer, the fencers have captured state and national medals, and have consistently ranked in the top of their respective competitions. These credentials have emerged from the hard work each and every fencer has put in, as well as the high rate of competition participation we experience at each tournament.

But it isn't "all work and no play" at OFC. The atmosphere and classes are kid-friendly, and many of our members partipate with their children. Our relaxed Friday Open Fencing allows everyone to fence together, and creates a friendly, competitive arena for all ages. Located in the heart of Hononlulu, we invite fencers of all levels (even if you don't know you're a fencer) to break out that steel and join us.
At OFC, adults and kids of all ages work together, fence each other, learn from the growing skill sets of their peers, but first and foremost, we have fun!
